We operate from a prime, strategically positioned facilities at 132 A Dubai Maritime City, the iconic 249-hectare artificial peninsula established according to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Situated at the absolute hub of regional marine logistics, perfectly nested between Port Rashid and Drydocks World – Dubai, our workshop offers accessible technical support for vessels operating throughout the Persian Gulf and global shipping lanes. Our facilities utilise advanced lifting systems, expansive berthing options, and automated high-speed transfer networks to guarantee minimal vessel turnaround times.
Lifting & Docking Infrastructure
  • Equipped with a 6,000-tonne and a 3,000-tonne ship-lift capacity.
  • Features a 700-tonne capacity travel lift for versatile vessel maneuvering.
  • Both specialised platforms stand 3.5 meters high, engineered to safely lift and undock vessels with drafts measuring up to 9 meters.
  • The synchronised hoisting winches operate with micro-level accuracy, keeping maximum platform deviance under 0.1 millimeters.
Comprehensive Dry & Wet Berthing
  • Offers 31 dry berths, each measuring 90 meters long by 25 meters wide.
  • Features 11 dry berths, each measuring 150 meters long by 35 meters wide.
  • Includes approximately 1,250 meters of continuous wet berths for afloat maintenance and repairs.
Integrated Vessel Transfer Network
  • Using an integrated transfer system, vessels can be efficiently transported from the lifting platforms to any of the 42 available berths in under two hours.
